LDS Computational Chemistry provides a wide range of computational and research tools as well as the expertise to effectively and efficiently support drug discovery programs from hit identification, lead identification and optimization. Depending on customer’s available experimental information, ad hoc modeling approach will be chosen among a wide range of tools including ligand- or structure-based modelling (pharmacophore or docking), molecular dynamics, virtual screening, physicochemical property prediction, homology modelling, library design and filtering.
